General Delivery information & time
- All orders are shipped within 48 hours starting from the order confirmation date. This may vary during sales seasons. If for any reason this was not possible, you will be notified by our Customer Service team and you will be given an estimated shipping date.
- Important note* : Remember that delivery times may be affected in times of high volume (such as Black Friday or Christmas)
- If you want to change the delivery address once your order has been placed, it is very important that you contact us immediately. Once your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to modify your shipping information for that specific order.
- Any change of shipping address after your order has been shipped will have an additional shipping fee equivalent to the shipment cost for any given country.

- Each and every one of our pieces is carefully prepared in our facilities, so all your orders should arrive in perfect condition. Should this not be the case, please send us an email to

- We use special packaging on each and every order that is great when ordering as a gift. All orders include a velvet pouch for each jewel, a soft touch white box and a shiny black envelope

Order payment & Confirmation

- As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order. In the event that you are not at the shipping address upon delivery, the courier company will contact you in order to reschedule a second delivery attempt at your convenience.

You can track your order status using the link that you will receive by your e-mail when placing an order. By order number, your e-mail or phone number, you can also find out the delivery status, change the day and interval time. Inspect and get acquainted of the order
- It is possible to inspect and get acquainted with the completeness of the order only in the presence of a courier. Trying on before purchase is not available.
